We offer two types of returns:
Warranty Returns (defective or incorrect products) and Courtesy Returns (customer convenience).
1. Warranty Returns

What qualifies?
- Defective product
- Product damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing components in a kit/box
Time Limit
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works
- Go to Returns & Refunds / Complaints
- Complete the form.
- Wait for written approval before returning anything.
Who Pays Shipping?
If the claim is approved, return shipping is covered by LYRA ETK.
Resolution
Once confirmed, we will replace the product or refund you (at our discretion).
2. Courtesy Returns
(Returns for convenience – Not related to product defects)
Courtesy returns apply when you wish to return a product for reasons other than defect or delivery error.
How It Works
- Go to Returns & Refunds / Complaints
- Complete the form.
- Wait for written approval before returning anything.
Return Conditions
Products must:
- Be unopened and sealed
- Be in original packaging
- Have at least 12 months remaining shelf life
- Be returned as complete kits (no partial returns)
Products that are opened, damaged, resealed, relabeled, contaminated, or deteriorated are not eligible.
A. Return for Refund
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Customer pays return shipping
- Customer bears transportation risk
B. Return for Exchange
- Must be returned within 24 months of delivery
- Replacement order must be equal to or greater than original purchase value
- Customer pays return shipping, replacement shipping, and any price difference
